Volunteers

The Capital City Condors is solely run by volunteers who are dedicated to providing an incredible experience for kids with special needs through the involvement and enjoyment of ice hockey. If you are interested in volunteering, please follow the instructions below. You can apply either electronically (MS Word) or by hand (PDF). Thank you!

Note: We will give/mail you an official letter that will allow you to have a police check completed without cost to you. 

 

Volunteer Application Form (MS Word format - electronically)

MS Word Format Instructions (electronically):
  1. Fill in the above form (MS Word format)
  2. Send form to volunteers<at>capitalcitycondors.org  (replace <at> with @)
  3. We will immediately email you an official letter that will allow you to have a police check completed without cost to you.
  4. Print the completed form and sign
  5. Bring signed form to a Condors event and hand in to one of the organizers, or mail to:
